Saint Faustina, intercede for me

Saint Faustina, Intercede for Me

Saint Faustina, you told us that your mission would continue after your death and that you would not forget us. Our Lord also granted you a great privilege, telling you to “distribute graces as you will, to whom you will and when you will.” Relying on this, I ask your intercession for the graces I especially need (mention your need) Help me, above all, to trust in Jesus as you did, and thus glorify His Mercy every moment in my life. Amen.

Saint Mary, Undoer of knots novena

1. Begin each day of the novena with the Sign of the Cross.

2. Make an Act of Contrition. You can use any form; simply ask God to pardon your sins and make a firm purpose of amendment not to commit them again.

3. OPTIONAL, but recommended: Pray the first three decades of the Rosary.

4. Make the meditation for the particular day (see below).

Meditation for Day 1

Dearest Holy Mother, Most Holy Mary, you undo the knots that suffocate your children. Extend your merciful hands to me. I entrust to you today this knot (mention your request here) and all the negative consequences that it provokes in my life. I give you this knot that torments me and makes me unhappy and so impedes me from uniting myself to you and your Son Jesus, my Savior. I run to you, Mary, Undoer of Knots, because I trust you and I know that you never despise a sinning child who comes to ask you for help. I believe that you can undo this knot because Jesus grants you everything. I believe that you want to undo this knot because you are my Mother. I believe that you will do this because you love me with eternal love. Thank you, Dear Mother.

Mary, Undoer of Knots, pray for me.

5. OPTIONAL, but recommended: Pray the last two decades of the rosary.

6. Pray the Prayer to Mary, Undoer of Knots (see below).

Prayer to Mary, Undoer of Knots

Virgin Mary, Mother of fair love, Mother who never refuses to come to the aid of a child in need, Mother whose hands never cease to serve your beloved children because they are moved by the divine love and immense mercy that exists in your heart, cast your compassionate eyes upon me and see the snarl of knots that exist in my life. You know very well how desperate I am, my pain, and how I am bound by these knots, Mary, Mother to whom God entrusted the undoing of knots in the lives of His children, I entrust into your hands the ribbon of my life. No one, not even the Evil One himself, can take it away from your precious care. In your hands there is no knot that cannot be undone. Powerful Mother, by your grace and intercessory power with your Son and my Liberator, Jesus, take into your hands today this knot.

Mention your request here.

I beg you to undo it for the glory of God, once for all. You are my hope. O my Lady, you are the only consolation God gives me, the fortification of my feeble strength, the enrichment of my destitution, and with Christ, the freedom from my chains. Hear my plea. Keep me, guide me, protect me, o safe refuge!

Mary, Undoer of Knots, pray for me. Amen.

Saint Joseph

Memorare to Saint Joseph

Remember, O most chaste spouse of the Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who implored your help and sought your intercession were left unassisted. Full of confidence in your power I fly unto you and beg your protection. Despise not O Guardian of the Redeemer my humble supplication, but in your bounty, hear and answer me. Amen.

Act of Consecration to St. Joseph

O dearest St. Joseph, I consecrate myself to your honor and give myself to you, that you may always be my father, my protector and my guide in the way of salvation. Obtain for me a greater purity of heart and fervent love of the interior life. After your example may I do all my actions for the greater glory of God, in union with the Divine Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. O Blessed St. Joseph, pray for me, that I may share in the peace and joy of your holy death. Amen.

Saint Rita prayer

Intercessory Prayer to St. Rita

O powerful St. Rita, rightly called Saint of the Impossible, I come to you with confidence in my great need. You know well my trials, for you yourself were many times burdened in this life. Come to my help, speak for me, pray with me, intercede on my behalf before the Father. I know that God has a most generous heart and that he is a most loving Father. Join your prayers to mine and obtain for me the grace I desire

(Make your request...)

You who were so very pleasing to God on earth and are so much so now in heaven, I promise to use this favor, when granted, to better my life, to proclaim God's mercy, and to make you more widely known and loved.

Amen.

Saint Margaret Mary

"One Friday during Holy Mass, I felt a great desire to honor the sufferings of my Crucified Spouse.

He told me lovingly that He desired that, every Friday, I adore Him thirty-three times upon the Cross, the throne of His mercy ...

I was to offer these acts of adoration to the Eternal Father together with the sufferings of His Divine Son, to beg of Him the conversion of all hardened and faithless hearts who resist the impulse of His grace.

He told me, moreover, that at the hour of death He will be favorable to those who have been faithful to this practice."

"These thirty-three acts of adoration of Our Lord on the Cross may be made anywhere on Fridays, and even while attending to one's ordinary work. They require no special attitude, formula or vocal prayer.

A simple look of love and contrition, coming from the depths of our heart and sent up to our Crucified Lord is sufficient to express our adoration and our gratitude to Him.

It is also an appeal to the Blessed Virgin to intercede with the Heavenly Father for the conversion of sinners."

The Angelus

The Angelus

The angel of the Lord declared unto Mary. And she conceived of the Holy Ghost. Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and Blessed is the fruit of thy womb; Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of death. Amen

Behold the handmaid of the Lord. Be it done unto me according to Thy word. Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and Blessed is the fruit of thy womb; Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of death. Amen

And the Word was made flesh. And dwelt among us. Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and Blessed is the fruit of thy womb; Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of death. Amen

Pray for us, O holy Mother of God. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Let us pray

Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts, that we to whom the Incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His resurrection. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

Remove Bondage novena

This prayer is for our loved ones who have dire need of redemption and guidance. I recommend using Holy water and all confidence in Our Lord, Jesus Christ.**

Gospel

Luke 11:14-23

Jesus was driving out a demon that was mute, and when the demon had gone out, the mute man spoke and the crowds were amazed. Some of them said, "By the power of Beelzebul, the prince of demons, he drives out demons." Others, to test him, asked him for a sign from heaven. But he knew their thoughts and said to them,"Every kingdom divided against itself will be laid waste and house will fall against house. And if Satan is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that it is by Beelzebul that I drive out demons. If I, then, drive out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your own people drive them out? Therefore they will be your judges. But if it is by the finger of God that I drive out demons, then the Kingdom of God has come upon you. When a strong man fully armed guards his palace, his possessions are safe. But when one stronger than he attacks and overcomes him, he takes away the armor on which he relied and distributes the spoils. Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters."

Prayer To Saint Michael

Holy Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do Thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl through the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

Holy Father, we bring our loved ones before you now [mention names here] and ask you to bind satan and all demons from oppressing our loved ones and causing errors in their lives. Bring our loved ones to your Holy Son, Jesus Christ, and restore harmony to our lives, in Christ's name we pray, for your Glory. Amen.

Epiphany prayer

Epiphany Prayer

Dear Jesus, as You led the Three Kings to You by the light of a star, please draw us ever closer to You by the light of Faith. Help us to desire You as ardently as they did. Give us the grace to overcome all the obstacles that keep us far from You. May we, like them, have something to give You when we appear before You. Mary, Our Mother, help us to know Your Son. Amen.

Feast of the Epiphany

Jan 6 at 11:00 AM Feast of the Epiphany [Epiphany] Also known as Theophany Memorial

6 January

Derivation

Greek: epi, upon; phaino, show

Feast commemorating the manifestation of the glory of Christ to the Gentiles in the person of the Magi, as well as His Baptism and first miracle at Cana. Originating in the Eastern Church in the 3rd century, it soon spread to the West, where it is now commemorated especially for the apparition to the Magi. In England and many European countries it is popularly known as Twelfth Night (after Christmas) and is the occasion for the revival of numerous quaint customs. The feast is a holy day of obligation in England, Scotland, and Ireland. The office of the day is one of special beauty
